Shipping Details:
- Origin: All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Florida, USA, using USPS (United States Postal Service), Fedex, UPS or DHL.
- Handling Time: Orders are typically shipped on the same or next business day. Please note that handling times may be longer in certain cases.
- Domestic Shipping: We offer free domestic shipping for orders over $50. Delivery within the US usually takes 2-4 business days.
- International Shipping: We currently ship to the US, Canada, select European countries, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, China, and some other countries.
- Business Hours: Orders are processed for shipment during normal business hours only (Monday to Friday, excluding Holidays).
- Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for all additional shipping costs that may arise from an incorrect address or refused shipment.
International Orders:
AMPEXT® is not responsible for packages held by customs. Furthermore, AMPEXT® does not pay for international duties, customs clearance, brokerage fees, or taxes. The customer is responsible for any such charges. All costs and risks involved in delivering goods from the seller's premises to their destination, including customs procedures, are the responsibility of the buyer.
We do not guarantee the delivery of international shipments. Ordering international packages is done at your own risk. The shipment's tracking number serves as confirmation of dispatch. Once the package has departed from our post office, AMPEXT® is no longer responsible for its delivery. This includes delivery time, customs clearance, and any loss or damage that occurs during transit to the recipient. If you do not agree with these conditions, please refrain from placing an order.
Discreet Shipping:
All orders are processed securely and discreetly by AMPEXT® representatives. Ensuring that correct contact, billing, and shipping information are provided will facilitate a smooth transaction. Missing information may delay the order processing until all necessary details are collected. All orders will be packaged in secure, unmarked containers, with no visible markings to indicate the contents.
Free Shipping:
AMPEXT® offers free shipping on all orders exceeding $50.00, placed within the USA, including Hawaii and Alaska. We typically ship these orders via USPS Priority Mail. Please note that the Free Shipping option is not available for international addresses.
Returns:
Initiating a Return: To initiate a return, customers should create a return request on their customer profile's order history page on our website to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Alternatively, fill out the form on the Products Returns page: RETURN. Customer Support is also available for assistance.
Conditions for Returns:
- Retail-sized products (2 oz and 4 oz) can be returned in their original condition within 30 days of receipt for a refund, replacement, or exchange, if the customer is not completely satisfied with the purchase.
- Returns due to an error on our part must be notified within 7 days of receipt of goods for authorization.
- For health, medical, and safety reasons, open products cannot be returned, restocked, or refunded. These items must be destroyed if returned, due to the nature of dietary supplements as consumable products of personal use. Returns are accepted only if the container is unopened and the shrink-band seal is intact.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. The actual cost of shipping may be deducted from the refund amount, even if the order had free shipping as a promotion.
- Wholesale-sized products may be returned within 14 days of receipt in their original condition, with safety seals intact. These items are subject to a 20% restocking fee of the total order amount. This restocking fee and the actual shipping cost will be deducted from the refund for the return.
Cancellation and Refunds:
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours after payment. However, once an order is processed and its status changes to "shipped," it cannot be canceled.
- For refunds after an order is processed, you may refuse the package upon arrival or return it. A refund will be issued once the package is returned to us.
- Orders that are refused may also be subject to a 20% restocking fee of the total order amount. This fee compensates for the resources used in processing the order, such as packing materials and shipping labels.
- If the return is due to an error in our fulfillment, return shipping will be paid by AMPEXT®.
- If the return is not due to our error (e.g., change of mind, customer error), return shipping will be paid by the customer.
Wholesale Orders
Restocking Fee and Precautions:
- Wholesale-sized products are subject to a 20% restocking fee when returned. To ensure product suitability and compatibility, customers are encouraged to order a retail-sized product for testing before placing a wholesale order.
- Opened products cannot be returned, restocked, or refunded due to health, medical, and safety reasons. Returns are accepted only if the bottle is unopened and the shrink-band seal is intact.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. Therefore, the actual cost of shipping will be deducted from the refund amount, even if the order initially qualified for free shipping.
Shortages:
- Please report any shortages within 5 days of receipt of the goods.
Damages:
- Report damaged goods immediately and retain the original packaging for potential claims. Please take photographs of the damaged box and products for documentation.
Cancellations and Refunds:
