How to enjoy it:
- After-work diffuser: a few drops in an aroma diffuser at home or in the office.
- Cooling massage: dilute with a little more carrier oil and massage into the shoulders and back for a cool, tingly sensation that leaves skin feeling fresh.
- Shower: a few drops on a washcloth on a shower shelf, out of the water stream.
- Aromatic bath: mix a few drops with a spoonful of carrier oil and add to warm bathwater.

- Do not use with heating pads or under tight wraps, and do not apply to broken skin.
