How to enjoy it:
- Body massage: after a shower, warm a small amount (diluted with a little more carrier oil) between your palms and massage into the legs, arms and shoulders with brisk, circular movements until absorbed. Evening use is best (see the sun note below).
- Aromatic bath: mix a few drops with a spoonful of carrier oil and add to warm bathwater.
- Morning diffuser: a few drops for a zesty, invigorating aroma as you start the day.
