Glycerin-Free — Made with Organic Cane Alcohol
What it is: extracted in certified organic cane alcohol and water (alcohol content 45–55% by volume), with no vegetable glycerin and no added sugars.
Why alcohol, not glycerin: alcohol is one of nature’s most effective solvents. It pulls out the widest range of a plant’s compounds — including resins, alkaloids and aromatic oils that water or glycerin alone simply cannot fully dissolve. That means a more complete, truer full-spectrum, and more potent extract. Alcohol also naturally preserves the tincture, giving it a long shelf life with no added preservatives.
Why glycerin-free is a plus: glycerin-based tinctures taste sweeter, but glycerin is a much weaker solvent and typically yields a less concentrated, less complete extract. Going glycerin-free also means no added sugar or sugar-alcohols — a cleaner label for those who prefer to avoid glycerin. (The natural alcohol taste is easily softened by adding your dose to water or juice.)
